Resharper configured to show field "Inconsistent Naming" issues as Warnings. The issue is correctly underlined as a warning, but when you mouse over the affected field the Refactor (triangle or light bulb icon) does not appear on the left of the line in the editor window. Instead the "View Actions List" icon only shows the following 3 items: "Inspection options...", "Find all...", and "Change settings...". Should be able to select the Resharper recommended field name from this list and have it refactor accordingly.
