I often run into slow IDE performance when working in my solution (about 27 projects) after I do a rename that affects alot of files (like 10 or more). The IDE is slow to do things like save, build or run tests. What would normally take a few seconds might take minutes. But, once it completes one of these operations after the rename, then the performance is good again. It seems like resharper is re-parsing or re-caching information or something.
I grabbed a dotTrace snapshot and uploaded it to your FTP site as 'broshar-snap1.zip'.
Is this a known issue? Is there a patch?
I have v6.1.
