When I change the Default Namespace on the project and select Refactor -> Adjust Namespaces, it informed me there was nothing to change, when I change the Assembly name, then it made changes. This seems like a bug to me, since the namespace should be based on the Default Namespace provided in the project, not the Assembly Name
