Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new web-site project (File -> New -> Web Site, or Shift + Alt + N);
- In the properties window, change any of the ReShareper options - for example, C# language level, VB language level, localizable, etc.;
- Save the solution (File -> Save All);
- Close the solution;
- Re-open the solution;
