I am applying the 'Resharper' Keyboard shortcuts scheme, however the default Visual Studio shortcuts are not being override by resharper ones.
e.g. the standard 'go to declaration' shortcut of ctrl-b, will instead result in visual studio expecting a keystroke combination, waiting for another keystroke after ctrl-b to identify one of the many VS commands bound to the ctrl-b keys.
This has never been an issue before, typically I always opt for every Resharper shortcut and I've never had conflicts like this.
I'm running:
Do you have any suggestions on how I can get the ReSharper shortcuts all functional in one go, short of mapping them individually?

- Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate 10.0.30319.1 RTMRel
- ReSharper 6.1 Full 6.1.37.86 (Trial License for now, before I purchase a new license)
- Windows Server 2008 R2
