In the attached screenshot, x.Messages is a public property that exposes a generic List(Of String). The latest ReSharper 6 nightly build is flagging the .Add method as an unresolved symbol The project builds just fine, and if I suspend ReSharper VS2010 doesn't have a problem with it.
