Custom ReSharper colour entries (such as "Resharper Todo Item") used to appear in the Tools|Options|Environment\Fonts & Colours dialog in Visual Studio. These don't appear in VS 11 and so I can't customize the colours (particularly TODO) to make it work with my dark theme.
