I've defined global resources like this in app.xaml
<Application.Resources>
<ResourceDictionary>
<ResourceDictionary.MergedDictionaries>
<ResourceDictionary Source="GlobalResources.xaml" />
</ResourceDictionary.MergedDictionaries>
</ResourceDictionary>
</Application.Resources>
GlobalResources.xaml contains things like value converters
When I use these converters in a user control. Resharper tells me the resource isn't found, but it works fine when running the application.
