In both the VS2003 and VS2005 versions you "waste" the ctrl+D keyboard assignment on the "DuplicateLine" command.
This is downright irritating for the many of us that use the GhostDoc add-in which also wants to use Ctrl+D.
What is more irritating is that this is a POINTLESS FEATURE. Every developer worth his salt knows that ctrl+C, ctrl+V does EXACTLY the same thing - so you waste a prime location keyboard shortcut to save one keystroke.
So every time all our developers install a new Resharper version, click "Reset shortcuts" or have run devenv /setup we have to manually go back in and overwrite the Resharper keyboard assignment.
Please stop assigning this keyboard shortcut ASAP by default. If people really want it they can manually assign it themselves - I believe you will have far more GhostDoc users than people using this feature. With the Reshaper 2 versions being so horrifically buggy we are continually having to install new Resharper versions and then continually waste more time recreating our keyboard shortcuts on top of that.
