RSRP-274393: XAML footer tag completion

      <LinearGradientBrush>

In the code above R# suggests items in the following order:

• Button
  
• Button.Background
  
• LinearGradientBrush (selected)
  
• Window
  

The order of completion items should be determined by the order of tags in document (but reversed), LinearGradientBrush should be placed first. Maybe XML completion have the same issue. Also it would be nice to have an tag icons in this type of completion.
