After installing R# 6.1.1 (ReSharperSetup.6.1.1000.82), I cannot find any annotations for the System.Linq assembly.
There is no folder named such in C:\Program Files (x86)\JetBrains\ReSharper\v6.1\Bin\ExternalAnnotations.
Also MIA is System.Linq.Expressions.
Not sure if this is a bug or feature request, since I don't know if this has ever existed, but this issue suggests it has existed before:
