Pressing Ctrl+Shift+Alt with the caret on a method argument shows the tooltip "Use left/right to move argument". Pressing left or right arrows does nothing. This doesn't work at call site (argument) nor at definition site (parameter).
This seems specific to 6.1.1. It is working fine on 6.1 on another machine. Reapplying keyboard shortcuts doesn't change anything.
