1. Create a new project (C# Console application)
2. Add a new folder to the project (NewFolder1)
3. Set NamespaceProvider to False for this folder
4. Unload the project (Save changes when prompted)
5. Reload the project and check folder's settings - NamespaceProvider is set to True.
