Sometimes when Visual studio and Resharper has a lot to do and is working hard, such as just after having opened a large c# file in a large solution. Ctrl clicking an object navigates to an object in the file opened.
Example:
When ctrl clicking a class during high load i end up in a sourcecode file for the .net framework or some other .net class source code.
What i have noticed is that the class opened is at the exact position of the cursor in the file i intended to open. I did not doubleclick on the object. It never happens when vs and resharper is idle.
Let me know if you need more info.
