IDE: VS2008 SP1
OS: Windows Server 2003 fully patched. VPC image.
Other software installed: VS2010, TFS2010 compatibility patch for VS2008
Description: Right click on a class name, choose Refactor > Move > Move to new namespace. Type a namespace which doesn't exist in the current solution. Namespace is changed successfully but devenv.exe is now at 100% and remains there until killed.
