In a certain circumstance, the Cleanup Code feature is removing a using that is required by the code.

- Open the attached solution in Visual Studio 2010
- Open Program.cs
- Run the Cleanup Code tool on Program.cs, selecting Full Cleanup as your profile
- Note how Cleanup Code removes the necessary 'using ConsoleApplication1.Extensions' using, which ReSharper then prompts to re-insert
