I'm using Mono for Android so I have Android versions of a project which is all the same files as the .NET 4 version of the project. Resharper seems to be utterly confused. It can't find the base class of some classes (but others it can). I've got hundreds of errors in Solution Analysis (but both versions compile and run). Goto type goes to the wrong project. Earlier it was showing me both definitions. Now its just showing one and picking the wrong one.
I'm now using the Configuration Manager to say "dont build" the .NET versions of the assemblies. Maybe that's messing everything up.
