When you're shrinking the Remove Unused References window, two kinds of weirdness are observed:

Similar behavior is displayed by Safe Delete Assembly Reference.
- The section hosting the Analyzed Used References button gets completely hidden at some point
- The right-hand corner of the window hides a part of the Cancel button before stopping at min. fixed width
