Repro:
1. Open any project in VS2010.
2. Open any Context Action menu/QuickFix menu.
3. Close VS by pressing 'X' without closing the Context Action menu.
Result:
1. Context Action menu is still active and available outside of VS (with all VS instances closed). If any ReSharper refactorings are called, new modal windows are also opened.
Expected:
1. Context Action menu should be closed with VS.
