First let me say that I am unsure if this is a bug of Resharper/VS/windows but before installing Resharper 6.1 I haven't seen this behavior.
That said, after running unit tests and building the solution the task bar icon for VS shows the Resharper indication for "Starting to run Unit Tests", see attached print screen.
