Repro:
1. Open file.
2. Place a bookmark on any line (Ctrl+Shift+1).
3. Add several new lines ABOVE the bookmarked line.
4. Press 'Ctrl+1' to navigate to bookmark.
Result:
1. You're navigated to the 'previous' line location, like, without added newlines. Bookmark symbol is tracked nicely, though.
Expected:
1. Navigation should be correct.
1. Open file.
