RSRP-293278: ReSharper EAP Options Freezes Devenv UI

Opening the options screen and navigating to

Code Editing > C# > Formatting Style > Braces Layout

caused the UI to freeze, forcing ending with task manager. Reopening the options screen now goes to that (last used) page and immediately locks the UI again.
