I use a class hierarchy in my MSTest unit test projects to provide some reusable methods across test classes.
If I create a Test Class with the [TestClass] attribute, but no methods which contain the [TestMethod] attribute, the Resharper MSTest runner runs all other tests, but then hangs with the spinning progress icon in the Unit Test Session and never finishes. If I mark the class as abstract, the problem goes away.
