RSRP-297277: Visual Studio crashes on Quick-Fix "Find all "... obsolete member" issues"

I have a medium size Visual Basic solution (around 250.000 lines of code) which was migrated from VB6 to .NET. After changing the target framework from 3.5 to 4.0 there is a bunch of warnings because of the usage of the Microsoft.VisualBasic.Compatibility namespace. I have to make the solution 64-bit ready and so i have to change all usages of this namespace to native .NET-Framework functions.

R# has two opinions to find all usages: Use "Find code dependent on module" in the references branch of the solution explorer and the "Find all "..." issues" quick fix. Both opionions leads to a crash of Visual Studio, probably because an OutOfMemoryException. The crash occurs reproducible when the Virtual Size of my devenv.exe instance reaches around 1.5 GB.

I'm running Visual Studio 2010 SP1 on Windows XP SP3. The computer i use has 4GB RAM.

When i run the same on my laptop with Windows 7 64-bit, Visual Studio 2011 Beta and R# 7.0 EAP everything works fine.
