Added a comment to RSRP-283635 but I'm not sure if that is enough to re-open the issue, so creating a new one here.
Steps:
open 'Skip Files and Folders' dialog
'Add Folder...' button
select any item below root of solution in opened dialog -> click ok
Actual result: selected item was not added to the list
One "special" thing about our solution is that it only contains "solution folders" which contain the projects.
I can add the root folder of the solution which displays as attached
VS2010 Resharper 6.1 StyleCop Addin installed and running as non-admin.
