1. Notification popup does not handle leaving mouse pointer properly. How to reproduce:
2. Notification text for all exceptions but first reads 'An exception has occured *again*'. Should be 'An exception has occured' for first occurence of each exception stack trace. See screenshot.
- position mouse pointer on popup – popup will stop fading out
- as fast as possible move mouse pointer away from popup _and_ from VS window
- popup will stay forever
