Usability issue in ReSharper 4.0.819.19:
If I open ReSharper > Live Templates and add a Shared Solution Template, I would expect it to be saved when I save the solution (File > Save All, the "Save All" toolbar button, or Ctrl+Shift+S). It is not. Instead, ReSharper only saves the templates when I close the solution (File > Close Solution) or exit Visual Studio.
I should be able to do a Save All and then check into revision control. But ReSharper doesn't behave as expected, so if I Save All and check in, my ReSharper templates won't get checked in (and will get left lying on disk later, as an unexpected changeset, after I close Visual Studio).
This is most likely an issue for all the settings that get saved in the .resharper file, not just templates. ReSharper should be changed to save its .resharper files when I Save All.
