Using nightly build 5.0.1625.27 in Visual Studio 2008:
Current Line Highlighting does not work.
I have a current-line color (light blue) set up in Tools > Options > Environment > Fonts and Colors, and I have "Highlight current line" checked in ReSharper > Options > Editor. Still, the current line has the same white background as every other line.
