I was excited to see that RSRP-274333 was marked fixed, so I installed the 6.1.32.82 build from 12/15/2011. This issue is not fixed for me. Find usages takes around 45 seconds to finish.
I don't think my solution is really all that large and it's on a solid state drive.
Version 5 didn't have this problem.
UPDATE:
This seems to be tied to MVC 3 projects. Find usages is nearly instantaneous if I unload my UI project. Adding it back in immediately makes find usages slow again.
I am using razor views.
