I've been running VS for a few hours and am finding it completely freezes (Win7 fades it to white) whenever I save a .cs, .cshtml, .css file (possibly others, I just haven't tested) for a few seconds.
Normally I see slow downs when I'm running out of physical RAM, but I still have >1GB free and VS is only showing 800MB in use.
