When I open a solution the menu options related to unit tests are blank. The options work if I click on them but the labels aren't populated.
The missing menu options are:

I stumbled upon a possible workaround. If I display the Resharper->Unit Tests menu options (just display...don't click on anything) then the options appear in the context menu.

- Cover the unit tests with dotCover
- Profile the unit tests with dotTrace
