When I outline long scope and then start to scroll the outline boundary get's wrong (most often the left border of the outline gets wrong). On the attached screenshot you will see this demoed. I have clicked on the starting curly bracket for the Main method and then I just scroll. See how the top, bottom and left borders start changing depending on what part of the text is currently displayed.
