Hello,
I'm trying to whitelist a ReSharper user to get a ticket from our internal license server. He's on Windows 7.
License Server Build 10226
=This is the request that the server receives:=
[2016-07-27 00:07:43,071] INFO Tickets:59 - ObtainTicketRequest[buildDate='20150406',
buildNumber='N/A', clientVersion='1', edition='C#', hostName='LWVM2-SSHARI', ip='10.5.6.239',
machineId='sam.sharifian@office', productCode='xxxxxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxx',
productFamilyId='xxxxxxx-xxxxx-415E-A0A9-27F50D7F62BF', salt='16142375', secure='false',
userName='sam.sharifian', version='9000',
versionNumber='9000'] ==> ObtainTicketResponse[leaseSignature='xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx',
message='Ticket obtaining prohibited', prolongationPeriod='0', responseCode='ERROR',
salt='16142375', serverLease='1469835486202:2k3nflu818', ticketId='N/A', t
icketProperties='N/A', validationDeadlinePeriod='-1', validationPeriod='0']

And this is the server's respond:

[2016-07-27 00:07:43,071]
[2016-07-27 00:07:43,081] WARN Server:37 - Tickets obtaining prohibited for
ObtainTicketRequest[buildDate='20150406', buildNumber='N/A', clientVersion='1',
edition='VB', hostName='LWVM2-SSHARI', ip='10.5.6.239', machineId='sam.sharifian@office',
productCode='xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxxxxx',
productFamilyId='xxxxxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxxxx', salt='16142390',
secure='false', userName='sam.sharifian', version='9000', versionNumber='9000'].

And I've tried any combinations that I could think of in my access-config.json file!
Can you please advise how I should whitelist this user?
I understand that username@hostname is slightly different between Linux and Windows users and I have absolutely no problem to whitelist my Linux users, but for folks on Windows machines, we've not been able to whitelist them!

This is the last combination I tried! And did not work!
"product": "ReSharper Toolbox",
"userName": "sam.sharifian@office",
"hostName": "10.5.6.239"

Please let me know if you need more information.

Thanks,
