It appears that a plugin containing an Actions.xml that inserts items into the VS#Code Window causes ReSharper to get rid of existing context menu items (such as Find Usages).
Full project attached. To reproduce:
1. Open the project
2. Press F5 to run it
3. In a debugging session, open a C# project
4. Right-click an identifier. Note that 'Find Usages' is missing from the context menu.
