I've applied most recommended R# settings for speeding up performance. Before the most recent VS update, R# would freeze startup for 11 to 15 seconds.
Post update, my reward was that "Jetbrains ReSharper Ultimate 2017.3.3 11.0 caused 32 seconds of unresponsiveness. Disabling code lens has helped (except I need to enable it after loading the solution as we use it a lot)
