I'm running resharper 2017.3.5. On one particular solution, every time I open it it prompts for a checkout of the solution file. We are using TFS 2013, Update 3 for source control. This did not happen with previous versions of ReSharper. Also, when I close the solution, it prompts for checkout of the solution file again.
I know it's a ReSharper issue because when I suspend ReSharper and then open the solution again, I do not get prompted for checkout.
