When I start VS a Notification for the Performance Guide is shown

But when I click it, the only options in the Performance Guide that doesn't have the recommended settings are two I've marked to be ignored

This makes me simply ignore the notification, at best causing me to not notice if something actually changes - e.g. in a new version - and at worst annoying me and pulling my focus away from my work.
