When I attempt to perform a refactoring without realising that I am still in debug mode, the refactoring fails - this is OK.
The problem is that afterwards, the refactoring model seems to be out of sync. It is as if it is under the impression that the refactoring succeeded.
The model should be kept in sync regardless of failed refactorings or at least I need a means of regenerating it. Currently, the only workaround that I know of is to restart Visual Studio. 'Clear Caches' does not have any effect.
