Using visual studio 2017 Pro.
If resharper is suspended, the vs option Text Editor -> C# -> ScrollBars -> Show annotations over vertical scroll bar correctly work by showing the position of the caret (in my case a white line when using a dark theme).
However, if resharper is activated, the caret position is no longer shown in the vertical scroll bar. Furthermore, it seems resharper also automatically remove the options for showing annotations in vs options dialog.
Please fix as it was working a couple versions back (can't remember the specific tipping point).
