"TODO" highlighting often highlights not only comments but also some source code.
I didn't manage to reproduce this issue on an artificial case but it really often happens in our production solution. Here how it looks: https://gfycat.com/SilverOrganicHamadryad
Also, this issue is not stable - identical editings on the same place may cause it or may not.
I think this problem somehow depends on the file complexity and/or moment when code is parsed.
Pressing Ctrl+S (Save file) sometimes fix it.
