RSRP-462796: “Find Usages”'s “Stop” button should have a keyboard shortcut

Summary: ideally, “Stop Find” should be a regular IDE action implemented by ReSharper, having a customizable shortcut. As a default shortcut I'd suggest Ctrl+Break, uniform to e.g. Build.Cancel.
