When project where interface located references project contains symbol used in the interface member signature but project contains interface implementation does not reference it "Implement member in derived classes" and "Implement members" generate actions work incorrect.

1. Go to "IInterface" type select "Action" property and execute action
2. Go to "InterfaceImpl" class and execute action
The type of the property appeared in "InterfaceImpl" class does not contain generic arguments.
