Prior to the release of Visual Studio 2010, .Net Documentor http://netdocumentor.codeplex.com/ could be used to comment an entire Visual Studio project or solution.
However, now with the release of Visual Studio 2010, this tool no longer works and competing products such as GhostDoc Pro can only comment on a file-by-file basis.
Therefore, it would be great if Resharper could either provide the ability to automatically generate Xml Comments for code in a Visual Studio project or solution. Otherwise, integration with other 3rd party tools to enable the commenting of an entire Visual Studio project or solution would be extremely useful and an immense time saver.
