RSRP-279360: Move linked file to folder bad behaviour

1. Open the provided solution
2. Apply ReSharper.Move refactoring to linked file Class1.cs. Set Target folder "ClassLibrary65\src2". Press Next.
As result you will see VS dialog "Cannot copy linked files within the same project..."
3. Press OK.
As result - linked file disappears and ReSharper gives exception RSRP-279357

This issue is duplicated in Integration test RefactoringsWithPartialClassTest.MoveTestLinkedFileWithPartialClass
