Steps to reproduce:
Load solution in Visual Studio 2019 RC
Building the project gives no errors or warnings
Actual Result: Resharper shows a lot of errors in many files.
Expected Result: Resharper shows zero errors in zero files
Workaround:
Just try refreshing the references and reloading the projects until it goes away.
When Resharper finally shows no errors, I can work fine and resharper follows great.
But when I restart Visual studio, it's the sam e issue.
