VsFontsManager initialization during startup that causes VS editor package to initialize
...this call happens during zombie state change from VsFontsManager.UpdateFonts method. Given the expensive part is to call editor to get fonts information, that part could be deferred until an editor is loaded. At that point editor package will be readily available so the cost should be a lot smaller.
