You have 2 files in project with class A and B. Fie with class B has line endings as CR LF and encoded in windows 1251. Class B use class A method Foo()
Press 'shift+F6' to rename class A any method Foo(). 'Inconsistent Line Endings' window will appear to ask about correct line endings. When you choose appropriate line endings and press ok then file with class B will be opened but method will not be renamed in both classes A and B.
